This policy explains what رملة (Ramla) ("the app", published by Idea2App)
collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers the iOS app
com.idea2App.emdad and the Android app com.idea2App.emdad.
If you create an account or sign in, we process the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address — so we can identify you, show your orders, and contact you about them.
We process the items you view, add to your cart and order, so the store can fulfil and support those orders.
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications about your orders and store updates. Firebase assigns your installation a token that lets us send those messages. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
We may process basic technical information — device model, operating system version and app version — to keep the app working correctly and to diagnose faults.
If you allow location access, the app uses your device's location only to place the delivery pin on the checkout map. It is requested only when you use that feature, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings.
If you allow camera or photo library access, it is used only to take or attach a photo of your payment receipt. Only the photo you choose to attach is sent with your order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Notification tokens are discarded when they expire or when you uninstall the app.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for notifications or device permissions at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. To delete your account and its data, email us and we will action it.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
